Flower essences for those struggling with fear

  • Rock rose (Helianthemum nummularium) – Dr Bach names rock rose as the remedy for cases where there appears to be no hope, for example, accidents or sudden illnesses. Its keywords are: terror, panic, extreme fright and shock. It helps the person to regain their courage and control.
  • Mimulus (Mimulus guttatus) – He considers mimulus to be the remedy for those who are nervous, anxious or fearful of things in their day-to-day life. Its keywords are: fear or anxiety of unknown reasons. It can help the person regain a sense of joy, laughter and inner peace. 
  • Cherry plum (Prunus cerasifera) – Dr Bach suggests this remedy in instance where there a fear of losing control of the mind and doing feeling the impulse to do something unwanted or wrong.
