Hello, I'm Leila...

When I hit burnout in my studies and career, I struggled with anxiety, exhaustion and lack of motivation. I barely slept and lacked the energy to drag myself out every day.

But, knowing where I found my creativity, spark and inspiration in the past, I committed myself to one small action… taking time in my time-less day to consciously connect with nature.
This one action every day helped me regain my confidence, step back into myself and find the space to breathe, dream and smile.
